For this project, my friend and I opted to develop a social media app tailored for young people residing in various student accommodations, drawing inspiration from platforms like Facebook and Nextdoor. The unique feature involves users gaining exclusive access to their building's community page by scanning a QR code, ensuring a more intimate and secure community experience without outsider intrusion. To enhance our design concept further, we suggested a complimentary upgrade by introducing a "community board and news page" on the common area's TV monitor, fostering better communication within the shared spaces.
